Hydraulic Pressure Testing
Every hydraulic assembly is tested before it leaves the shop to confirm it will hold rated pressure under load. In-house capability supports assemblies up to 50,000 psi for the most demanding systems.
We Are Applied®
Applied® hose shops combine fabrication, testing, identification, and kitting in-house, so hydraulic and industrial assemblies are ready to install when they reach you.
Staffed with NAHAD certified fabricators and equipped to support hydraulic pressure testing up to 50,000 psi.
Full-Capability Shops
Every Applied® hose shop is equipped to handle the full assembly process in-house, so your team spends less time coordinating vendors and more time running operations.
How It Works
Every assembly moves through four consistent stages, so quality and traceability carry through to the shop floor and into your operation.
Our team works with you to match hose construction, fittings, pressure rating, and routing to the application. Spec sheets and drawings are reviewed before fabrication begins.
NAHAD certified fabricators build the assembly to spec using stocked brand materials and fittings. Every build follows current industry standards for cut, crimp, and assembly.
Assemblies are pressure tested to confirm integrity, then tagged or laser engraved with the identifying information you need for traceability over the product’s service life.
Finished assemblies are cleaned and capped to keep contamination out, then grouped as installation-ready kits if needed and delivered back to your operation.
Industry Credentials
Applied® hose shops are staffed with NAHAD certified fabricators, trained on current industry standards from the National Association of Hose and Accessories Distributors. That means every assembly that leaves the shop reflects the same standards your maintenance and engineering teams expect.
Shop Capabilities
From pressure testing to identification and kitting, Applied® hose shops are equipped to handle the full assembly lifecycle under one roof.
Every hydraulic assembly is tested before it leaves the shop to confirm it will hold rated pressure under load. In-house capability supports assemblies up to 50,000 psi for the most demanding systems.
Industrial hose assemblies are pressure tested to confirm integrity across chemical, steam, washdown, and material handling applications before they are installed in your operation.
Each finished assembly can be labeled with identifying information including part number, build date, pressure rating, or custom data, so it remains traceable through its entire service life.
Permanent identification engraved directly onto fittings or metal tags. Resistant to washdown, chemicals, abrasion, and heat so assembly ID stays readable in harsh operating environments.
Assembly interiors are cleaned and hose ends capped before delivery to keep dust, debris, and contaminants out, critical for hydraulic systems where foreign particles cause component damage.
Small vent holes pricked through the hose cover allow trapped gas to escape in high-pressure gas service applications, preventing cover blistering and extending assembly service life.
Assemblies prepared as installation-ready kits with everything needed grouped by project, line, or task. Reduces time on the floor and simplifies maintenance planning and material staging.
Shop technicians trained and certified by the National Association of Hose and Accessories Distributors on current fabrication and assembly standards, so every build follows industry best practices.
