The GPP Warranty Program extends the standard warranty for defects in materials and workmanship from 12 months to 60 months from first use or 66 months from delivery, whichever occurs first.

All other standard warranty terms remain the same and are governed by the "Offer of Sale" at parker.com/salesterms.

The extended warranty program provides peace of mind and demonstrates Parker's confidence in product quality. It helps protect your assets, minimize downtime, and reduce total cost of ownership for both specific applications/machines and large system implementations.

All Parker Pneumatic Division North America (PDN) products are covered for 60 months from first use or 66 months from delivery, whichever occurs first. This includes Air Prep (FRLs), Actuators, and Valves.

Contact your OEM dealer or Parker Representative for assistance with warranty activation. They will help ensure your equipment meets all eligibility requirements and complete the registration process.

Start by contacting your Parker representative or OEM dealer. Parker will review the application and determine the cause, then recommend a solution.

If covered parts failed due to defects in materials or workmanship, Parker will replace them at no charge per Offer of Sales terms and conditions. Your representative may need to send the product back to Parker for analysis and replacement.

End users may need to provide proof of purchase of approved Parker filter elements and preventive maintenance records/logs showing filter replacement dates. Keep all purchase receipts and maintenance logs organized for easy warranty verification.
